JONESBORO – Social Media Marketing Basics – Thursday, September 6th, 9-11:30 am ASU Delta Center for Economic 
Development. Instructor: Herb Lawrence, ASU SBTDC. This Introductory class is perfect for any small business just getting involved with social media, or those still trying to “get their heads” around it. In this basic class we will discuss: What is Social Media anyway? Who uses social media? What is the right social media for my business (should I be on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest or some other site and how do I know? JONESBORO – Advanced Online Marketing Strategies – Beyond Facebook – Thursday, September 6th, 1-4 pm ASU Delta Center for Economic Development. Instructor: Herb Lawrence, ASU SBTDC. Online marketing is more than just Facebook! In 
this workshop small business owners will learn how to leverage all of their online assets to engage and connect with customers. Topics will include website marketing, claiming local search, Email marketing as well as using the right social media networks. Attendees will also learn about free (or very low-cost) tools for monitoring, scheduling and connecting with potential customers to drive them to the cash register.
